RETURNS:

We want our customers to have a pleasant shopping experience with us. If you receive your item and change your mind, we accept returns if notified within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are only eligible for EU orders.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned. Postage costs and the responsibility of sending any product back to us fall with the customer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods to Veena. Veena is not liable for the loss of garments being returned and will not keep an eye on tracking for returned items. We advise you to choose a tracked postal service.

• During SALE, VEENA VINTAGE allows exchanges or shop credit for purchased items instead of refunds. We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction by helping you find the right item. We appreciate your understanding of this policy during promotional events. For any assistance, our customer support team is ready to help.

• We cannot guarantee your return being processed correctly if sent without filling in the return form FIRST.  We need to be able to track the parcel back for delivery. Specially when dropped off at a pickup-point. Veena Vintage is not responsible for any losses or damages to items sent back. 

• Returns will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving.

• The item must be posted back to us within 14 days of receipt.

• Item must be returned in original bags and condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached.

• Please ensure you add your receipt or a note stating your name, order number, and reason for return inside your return so we can trace your order. We cannot refund you without being able to c confirm your return.
